The Great Commission Theological Institute is an accredited institution by the International Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (QAHE) as our main accreditation body. Great Commission Theological Institute exists to supply the church with leaders of character and competence to fulfill the Great Commission.

The Great Commission Theological Institute was founded in 2020 by Dr. Samson Grey Ndekha (President) from South Africa. With the help of the board members of the Great Commission Theological Institute, Dr. Ndekha elected Dr. Sibusiso Tengo Luther to be his co-worker (Vice President). Being interested in our study method and systematic approach, more Ministers from different Churches have made an effort to assist the College by sending their church members to study with us. With all the Lord's work bestowed on us, we praise the Lord, always!

International Education Quality Accreditation Body (IEQAB)

The Great Commission Theological Institute has been internationally accredited by the International Education Quality Accreditation Body.

IEQAB is a private International Accreditation organization that coordinates accreditation activities across the globe. IEQAB is recognized and accredited by ITQSM, WAC, BQS, QAHE (IAQAHE), EIEAS, GCTIA, and so on. IEQAB plays a significant role in that an educational institution maintains certain educational standards. Ideally, IEQAB focuses on the many areas of Modern educational management scopes and functions, whether the concerned institute ensures these or not.

DUAL ACCREDITATION

McWilliams Academy is one of our colleges benefiting from our services from the Great Commission Theological Institute, including all of their services and their students.

MwWilliams Academy is a college from Great Commission Theological Institute, teaching other specialized courses, aiming to cover all the required courses for our students.

Due to the greater number of courses that the Great Commission had, therefore, the Great Commission separated other courses to the new college known as the McWilliams Academy. Because of this information, all the courses of the McWilliams Academy are accredited by the accreditation bodies of the Great Commission Theological Institute, and all the certificates of McWilliams Academy are gazetted by the Great Commission Theological Institute.

OUR MISSION

Great Commission Theological Institute offers a unique approach to Higher Education through a holistic training experience. Students attending at Great Commission Theological Institute will be trained in three areas as follows:

1. MINISTRY TRAINING

Great Commission Theological Institute equips students to be the hands and feet of Jesus through elite hands-on ministry training and empowers students to take ownership in every area of church life. Students receive leadership training and opportunities to develop the skills needed to change the world.

2. SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT

Great Commission Theological Institute students strengthen their devotion to God through the local church, chapels, small groups, and their relationships with others. Students will be disciplined by the spiritually mature church and academic leaders and will serve on a mission trip to learn how to spread the gospel around the world.

3. ACADEMIC INSTRUCTION

Great Commission Theological Institute students meet the highest standards of excellence as they develop their intellect and increase their knowledge of God.

Students become lifelong learners across a wide array of disciplines, strengthening their understanding of their Christ-centered calling in engaging classroom settings. Because of the emphasis on these three pillars of training, our students are becoming the workers Jesus prayed for in Matthew 9:37-38.

STATEMENT OF FAITH

We believe the Bible to be the inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God.

We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

We believe in the deity of the Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His return in power and glory.

We believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful people, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is essential.

We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life.

We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost; they that are saved unto the resurrection of life and they that are lost unto the resurrection of damnation.

We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ.
